How can I book my holiday at Waldesruh?
You can book your room directly online or send us a no-obligation enquiry. If you have any questions, we’re also happy to help in person.
How does the deposit work?
After your booking, a deposit is due, payable within 7 days. You’ll receive the account details with your booking confirmation.
What applies if I need to cancel?
3 months to 1 month before arrival: 40%. 30 to 7 days before: 70%. From 6 days before arrival: 90%. On the day of arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the total price. Our terms & conditions.
Are meals included in the price?
Depending on the board booked, breakfast or half board is included in your stay. Meals not used are not refunded.
Which rooms are available at Waldesruh?
Seven room categories await you: Fuchs, Uhu, Dachs, Hase, Bär, Specht, and Steinadler. They differ in size and features.
Are there rooms for families?
Yes, our family rooms such as Hase, Bär, or Steinadler offer up to 30 m² and space for up to 5 people.

In our rooms overview you’ll find every room’s size, occupancy, and features at a glance. That makes it easy to choose between budget rooms, double rooms, and family rooms.
What can I expect in the Waldquelle spa?
Sauna, steam bath, and infrared cabin offer the perfect balance after an active day in the mountains.
When is the Waldquelle spa open?
The wellness area is available to you daily from 2:30 to 6:30 pm.
Do I have to pay extra for the wellness area?
No, use is included in the room price for hotel guests and available daily at no extra cost.
How far is it to the ski area?
The Hochoetz ski area is right nearby, and our free ski shuttle takes you to Kühtai. So you can reach both ski areas with just one ski pass
Do I have to pay the local tourist tax?
Yes, it’s €5.00 per person per night for guests aged 15 and over, and is settled on site.
Can I charge my electric car at the hotel?
Yes, you can charge your electric car at our charging station free of charge. We’re well set up for e-bikes too.
