Simon and his team bring Tyrolean dishes and familiar classics to the table. Meals are enjoyed in the Jägerstube. Afterwards, there’s time to let the evening wind down with a glass of wine in our conservatory or on our terrace.

At the restaurant at Waldesruh, hearty Tyrolean cuisine comes with a cosy atmosphere. Simon and his team serve traditional dishes and familiar favourites that taste especially good after a day in the mountains.

A taste for game

Rustically furnished and fitted with a tiled stove, the Jägerstube is a special part of Waldesruh. Hunting trophies from the time of the house’s founder, Anton Scheiber, recall the story of the house. This is where meals are shared, evenings spent together, and people often stay a little longer.
